Preparation: Soak almonds overnight, peel them, and grind them using a mortar and pestle.
Day 1: Let the baby lick the paste and observe for 2 hours..
Day 2: Repeat the process and offer up to 1 tsp.
Day 3: Repeat the process and offer a paste made of 2 almonds.
On each day, monitor them closely for at least 2 hours. Most allergic reactions happen within this window.
If there is no reaction after these three days, your baby is likely not allergic to Almonds.
