Aloo Karela Sabzi
Slice, Remove the seeds, In 1 tbsp of oil, splutter rai, jeera & curry leaves. Sautee finely chopped 1/2 onion & 2-3 garlic once it is translucent, Add bittergourd and potatoes. cook until potatoes turn soft. Add tomatoes, jeera powder & coriander powder , turmeric powder . (salt & chilli powder 1+ yr old).
Offer this with dal chawal or roti.
